Our stress is fuelled by uncertainty and the fear that this creates so by getting situations into perspective, clarifying our options and taking action we can reduce our anxiety.
The simplest way to do this is to:
1) Identify what is worrying us
2) Get things in perspective
3) Understand our options
4) Take positive action
Once we are clear on how we are going to respond to whatever is worrying us we will feel more in control.
