What we do

Hi, I’m Jodi,

I’m an executive coach, facilitator and consultant with a passion for helping individuals, teams and organisations achieve meaningful change.

After 15 years working in consulting, strategy and transformation roles for major multi-nationals across Europe, England, the U.S and Australia I left to study positive psychology and results-based coaching. In 2017 I launched Thrive Executive with the ambition of using my skillset to better assist organisations achieve positive outcomes for both their business and their people.

Since then I have worked closely with a range of companies to help them identify and adopt the changes required to enhance their mindset, purpose and performance. I do this by applying methodologies and insights from across business management, positive psychology and behavioural science, which are applied through the THRIVE model.

What is THRIVE? 

The THRIVE model brings together six core concepts from within positive psychology and business management related to success, satisfaction and wellbeing. These are:

   Time –  how to prioritise, beat procrastination and stay productive

   Headspace – the tools we have to manage stress and enhance mindset

   Relationships – how to foster positive relationships at work and home

   Identity–  utilising your strengths, values and personal drivers

   Vision – having a clear vision and a strategy to make it a reality

   Engagement – making room for positive experiences and enjoyment

These tenets underpin our coaching and facilitation, and combined with change programmes help provide the catalyst for lasting changes in behaviour and mindset.

So how can we work with you?

First and foremost we are behaviour change catalysts, and everything we do is about facilitating and embedding lasting changes. This is achieved through a range of programmes including:
